Except as expressly set forth herein, Buyer may not return any goods without Seller’s written consent. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%, which is subject to change. Contact Seller to determine the exact amount. If the goods are specially ordered by the Buyer, and cannot be returned to the manufacturer, Seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and Buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods.
